The News & Observer Is Letting 'er Rip On The SBI: Brings Back All The Old Memories About King & Garland's 1-2 Punch

It's the first of a four part series . . . demonstrating how law enforcement in this state is so noble and out-for-the-truth and all.

And I must say, it brings back all of the lovely memories about the one-two punch Randolph County ADA King Dozeir and DA Garland Yates landed on me . . . faking-me-out about launching a proper investigation into my charges against "non-profit" Randolph Hospital executives, Bob Morrison and Steven Eblin.

Now, while some in the Greensboro blogosphere (blowing smoke to obscure their own bad behavior) would like you to think I should be in a loony-bin (like the state of North Carolina did to poor, retarded, easy-to-frame Floyd Brown), this lady doctor ain't crazy, her IQ is just a little bit higher than the unfortunate Floyd's, her story has NOT changed,  and she's still here because PERJURY DOES NOT HAVE A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.

It's nice to see that even the staff of Dorthea Dix took sympathy and tried to help Floyd Brown cope with his bogus 14-year incarceration . . . in stark contrast to what the truth-seeking blogger-journalists-of-Greensboro have done to me.

(Blow-hard hypocrites that they are.)

I know a little bit about Floyd Brown's pain (albeit from the victim's side of the equation):

ADA King Dozier:  We've referred your case against Randolph to the SBI and are waiting to hear back from them as to whether or not we'll proceed.

Insert WEEKS of silence.  Followed by me making the phone calls/sending the e-mails to find out what was going on (because King for-sure didn't have the guts to tell me):

SBI:  We didn't investigate at all because Garland Yates said he would not prosecute even if we made the recommendation to proceed.  He's cut us off at the knees.  An investigation would be pointless.  Take it up with him.

THIS IS LAW ENFORCEMENT IN RANDOLPH COUNTY AND NORTH CAROLINA.
