Randolph Hospital: A "Cold Case" Of Public Corruption

In researching another post, I came across this page, sponsored by the National Center for Victims of Crime, stating that North Carolina is one of seven states that has no statute of limitations on ANY felony.

It only confirms what I have pointed out on a number of occasions on this blog, PERJURY has no statute of limitations in this state. Repeatedly lying under Oath in their own bogus SLAPP suit was about the dumbest thing Bob Morrison and Steven Eblin could have ever done.

Yesterday, the Courier Tribune reported that the Asheboro Police Department has a "cold case" unit that is currently focused on unsolved murders. It's a worthwhile endeavor that I fully support. But as we all know, I more interested in them resolving a "cold case" that would actually benefit a living, breathing human being . . . and allow her to really move on.

(As an aside, I am HUGE fan of the CBS crime drama, "Cold Case". I like interplay of flashbacks with the present day . . . as well as the "apparition" of the deceased that always appears to smile or nod at Lilly when the case is solved/closed.)

Provoked (yet again) by Bob Morrison's latest failure to comply with a simple request for public information, after rounds this morning, I got to work on the Internet - seeing what I could find and pull up/off.

Much like Bev Perdue sticking up her nose at a pardon of Greg Taylor, Morrison just doesn't have a good reason not to provide the BOD & corporate membership information I've requested - or to make me jump through any hoops to get it. He runs a public charity and the information IS public record.

Indeed, the ONLY reason Bob has not to make it easy . . . to stall and obfuscate . . . is to (temporarily) shield these "honorables"/their organizations from the consequences of his BAD FAITH actions.

You see, PERJURY is about as BAD FAITH as it gets, and it's not indemnified or protected by any state or Federal law that I'm aware of. A whole lot of supposedly fine, upstanding, "Christian" people knowingly let Morrisona and Eblin act like jerks . . . and gave them raises for doing it.

Guidestar.org actually had a good portion of what I requested in my letter to Randolph Hospital's Chief Executive Liar already posted on the Internet (you must register - with an e-mail and a password - it's free - in order to see it).

Just like Guidestar had IRS 990's posted online when Randolph Hospital's "expert" trial lawyers filed sworn discovery responses with the Court on behalf of Morrison & Eblin . . . declaring that the information in those public documents was "confidential".

So, this morning, I copied the last available three years of IRS 990's for both Randolph Hospital and Randolph Medical Associates . . . basically covering fiscal years 2006, 2007 and 2008 (10/1/2007-9/30/2008). As best I can tell, I only now need a copy of the 2009 990.

In addition to the legal action I'm aiming to file later this year, I want to either update the salaries page on "White Wall" (which has not been touched in several years), or created a new page for Housecalls . . . demonstrating how executive salaries in a small "dying" mill town skyrocketed in a very short period of time . . . even as those executives spat-on Federal agreements and defrauded Federal programs, intimidated and retaliated against doctors for doing their duty (using the corrupt N.C. legal system as a battering ram) and comitted multiple felonies in their efforts to get out on the cheap when one doctor fought back.

On the IRS website, I also found an interesting form that allows for taxpayers to report "non-profit" public corruption.

I know I had resolved not to send any more letters, but since I've got some time, and in all fairness to President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, I think I am going to fill that form out and send it in.

We'll give the noble reformers one more chance to put their rhertoric into action, and finally resolve a very cold case . . .

. . . a case where a "non-profit" North Carolina stomped a GOOD/home-grown physician-in-public-service for blowing the whistle on BAD CARE and saving a baby's life.

It just does not get any more public or corrupt. I'm NOT gonna just "get over it" or "go away".

And there simply is NO good reason that I can find anywhere for this case to be cold.
