The IRS and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder Are Just Damned Liars

Okay, with the ruins of Wall Street smoldering behind them, the IRS is suddenly concerned about "non-profit" executive pay . . . particularly that of hospital executives.

So tell me. Why doesn't the U.S. Attorney's Office in Greensboro think it's important to pursue perjury charges against two hospital executives in Asheboro who LIED REPEATEDLY UNDER OATH about the "confidentiality" of information (including profits and losses - as well as the salaries of their executives and "most-favored" doctors) that is supposed to be freely available to the public?

Lois Lerner, the IRS's director of tax-exempt organizations, said the agency's redesign of charities' annual tax form – known as Form 990 – will make it easier for people to find information on executive pay.

Lady, that's just total self-serving BS. I asked for that information (and much more) during the discovery phase of both my lawsuit against RMA . . . and Randolph Hospital's despicable "libel" suit against me (you know, the one they RAN from).

RH Senior executives, Bob Morrison and Steve Eblin, blatantly lied about the "confidentiality" of the information contained in these very public documents even as they posted them online (on Guidestar) and trolled for grants/federal funding.

They (and their *&^%$#@ "expert" lawyers) had an obligation, as officers of (1) the Court and (2) the "non-profit", to provide the information when it was requested . . . or in the alternative, acknowledge that it was available online and provide instructions as to how to access it.

They did neither.

We won't even talk about Schmidly's fundamental negligence in that equation.

So let's review: In the case of Dr. Mary Johnson vs. RMA/Randolph Hospital . . . in which Dr. Johnson was seeking restoration/restitution for the malicious destruction of her Pediatric practice (built with Federal funds) in Asheboro (her hometown) . . . as well as the methodical/vindictive smearing of her reputation (she wasn't a "team player" and her training/talents/skills were considered "a dime a dozen" compared to those of hospital executives) . . . all because she decided not to roll over and go back to sleep when a baby was dying . . . and then defied Bob Morrison and Steven Eblin by reporting it to hospital Peer Review.

(1) "NON-PROFIT" RANDOLPH HOSPITAL EXECUTIVES KNOWINGLY LIED UNDER OATH DURING DISCOVERY ABOUT MATTERS RELEVANT TO MY DAMAGES CLAIM. THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF PERJURY.

(2) THEY WITHHELD THIS INFORMATION DESPITE BEING ORDERED BY A JUDGE TO PROVIDE IT. THAT IS CONTEMPT.

(3) THEY NEGOTIATED A DEAL ON THE LIES. THAT IS BAD FAITH AND FRAUD.

PERJURY HAS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.

Sayeth the IRS (to the lawyers representing "non-profits"), "If you're not looking, we're looking."

Yeah sure. Right. What total *&^%$#@ horse-hockey! I've only BEGGED the IRS and U.S. Attorney's Office to look at the lies Randolph Hospital told me for six years.

SIX YEARS. I MET WITH THE IRS IN 2006 AND WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN OFF.

So. We've established that the IRS and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder (not to mention his predecessors/their underlings) are just damned bold-faced liars . . . who condone lying.

You got that JR?

Am I relevant yet?

And OBTW. Kiss my "wrong people" butt Ed Cone. But hey. Enjoy the game.

*Addendum/Author's note to self. I've got every right to be very, very, very angry. But I am resolved tonight to work on toning down the colorful language. Starting tomorrow;)
