Exhibit E: From Dr. Jeff Bush (Emergency Medicine)

We continue with the Exhibits.

Here are A (Robert Scott), B (Randy McVeigh), C (Laurie Anderson), and D (Nancy Toy).

And here is Exhibit E, from Dr. Jeff Bush, an Emergency Department physician at Randolph Hospital, dated November 4, 1998:

To Whom It May Concern:

I am honored to submit the following letter of recommendation for Dr. Mary Johnson, a physician who has my highest respect and confidence.

As a staff physician in the Emergency Department at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro, North Carolina, I have had the privilege of working directly with Dr. Johnson on numerous pediatric cases. Our working relationship began when I joined Randolph Hospital in July of 1997. After completing my residency at a major tertiary care facility in Pennsylvania, I was relieved to learn that someone with Dr. Johnson's credentials was practicing in a small town like Asheboro. I have always found Dr. Johnson to be extremely professional, knowledeable and courteous, even at 3 a.m. Furthermore, her skills in the management of the critically-ill pediatric patient are exceptional.

Because of my professional trust in Dr. Johnson, I also sought out her services when my daughter, Allyson, was born. She has always shown Allyson the same care and compassion she so generously provides to all of her patients. I can therefore recommend Dr. Johnson, without reservation, for a position in any Pediatric practice. Please feel free to contact me at (336) ***-**** if you have further questions.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey S. Bush, M.D.

Jeff is long-gone from Asheboro. More "normal turnover".

Robert Morrison and Steven Eblin know best my dear, after all, you and these other people are only highly educated medical practitioners, and Bob and Steve, well...they're administrators, and don't they have our best interest at heart?

Wonder how many physicians would give the "Disaster Twins" a good reference?

Chuckle. "Disaster twins" is a nickname I'm hearing more and more around town.

The last thing this was about was the community's best interests!

Bob Morrison and Steve Eblin never gave a rat's tail about my best interests/future . . . or those of my patients. Everything they did was about destroying me for sport & domination (serving me up as an example to any other doctor who might talk back) . . . and keeping the profits to/for themselves.

OBTW, all those letters my patients wrote on my behalf went in the trash can.

Like "the twins" cared what patients thought! Well, except for Cheryl Freeman. And her motivation was oh-so-pure and noble.

Shortly, we're going to be publishing all the opinions/letters of parents that Bob & Steve (and their BOD members) ignored. One at a time.

Those two conflict-resolution-class drop-outs only cared about the best fiscal interests of RMA. It was all and only about MONEY and POWER. "The twins" did not have the foresight to know (1) their little "warning" memo would ultimately put a patient's life in danger (what if I had rolled over and gone back to sleep?), and (2) their little box was not a place from which any doctor with a conscience and a soul could practice.

All that aside, I expect "the twins" could still get a real nice letter from one of the "right people" . . . a Redding, a Bossong, a Shaffner.

Wink and nod.

Can you tell I'm just beyond disgusted with this cluster-screw?
